I get it: you’re busy….really busy.

And as an agent, it’s nothing new.

You knew there would be long hours, late nights, and weekend open houses. But, at the very same time, that’s part of what you love about it!

The fast-paced lifestyle and constant “hustle” is what many of us live for, and while us agents all love a good challenge… burnout is a real thing. It can totally sideswipe you if you aren’t taking deliberate action to keep yourself in check, and the effects not just on your business, but also on your personal life, can be completely devastating.

So what the heck do you do about it?

As an agent, it’s practically a requirement to keep your to-do list full, and your days jam-packed (otherwise, you’ll be out of a job in the blink of an eye)… but you also need to streamline your efforts and maximize efficiency so that every blog post, social media post, or landing page you push out works 10x harder.  

Luckily, there’s ONE simple strategy you can use to exponentially explode your results with your real estate marketing program.

It’s so mind-numbingly simple, that you’ll think “well duh, that was obvious”. But, very few agents are able to actually live this strategy, rather than just preaching about it. And if you’re struggling to see the results you want with your real estate marketing efforts, you might already know that NOT abiding by this rule is truly the “kiss of death”.

I’m talking about consistency.  

Now, we all know it takes consistent and deliberate effort to accomplish anything in life. Whether it’s a “whole foods” diet, a new workout plan, or getting your kids to eat their veggies!

Trying a new strategy every single day in the hopes of striking it rich eventually is a horrible way to go about it. Not to mention, not consistent! And even if you do manage to hit the jackpot one day, it’s more about getting results you can reproduce time and time again, so you can hit the nail on the head with your marketing strategy every single time.

Let’s look at how a lack of consistency (that feels consistent) can actually play out in the world of inbound marketing:

You decide to post once on Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin every day. You’re posting one blog post (the same one, so it’s consistent, right?) and you’ve dubbed this your daily “social media routine”.

Now… on the surface, that feels consistent. But are you tracking your results? Do you really understand the intricacies of Facebook marketing? So, you know WHY you get floods of traffic to your site one day, and zero results for the next few weeks? Do you have a CTA to connect with your audience?

Yeah… Exactly.

So here’s what to do instead:

While that feels like a consistent social media marketing strategy, there are still too many moving parts. Instead, you need to be honing in on ONE platform (like Facebook for example). And learning the ins and outs of exactly how to suck in prospects and buyers through that one social media platform before tackling any others.

Instead of spending 10 minutes on each of 3 social media platforms every morning, devote all 30 minutes to Facebook marketing.
